Since 2000, Dean Zayed and Mark Perkins have been crafting a risk-managed approach to wealth management. Their success led them to establish Brookstone Capital Management, a registered investment advisor, and Perkins & Zayed, which services over 1,000 estate planning clients nationally.
In addition to being Founder and a Principal of PRIZM Financial Advisors, Dean is the Founder and CEO of Brookstone Capital Management LLC (BCM). He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Northwestern University where he completed the Business Institutions Program, the Undergraduate Leadership Program, and was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society. Dean received his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law, a Master’s degree in Taxation from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
Mark Perkins has extensive advanced training as an estate planning counselor and is adept in the areas of living trusts, dynasty trusts, living wills, power of attorney documents, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable remainder trusts, minor trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, family limited partnerships and family foundations. Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Elmhurst College with a double major in Urban Studies and Business Administration. Mark earned his Juris Doctor degree from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. During law school he was a member of the Student Senate and Moot Court Team. Mark is a member of the Illinois/Wisconsin Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is also a member of the DuPage County Bar Association (DCBA) and is a past Chair of both the DCBA Tax Committee and the DCBA Estate Planning Committee.
Andy Andersen joined Prizm Financial Advisors on February 2, 2015, as an Investment Advisor Representative in Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in 2007, where he was also a Chick Evans Scholar. Beginning his career at AXA Advisors, Andy became a junior partner for the largest asset management team in Illinois where he established the foundation of his financial advisory knowledge. He gained invaluable experience on the institutional side of the financial services industry while he worked for Goldman Sachs in New York as a Regional Consultant covering Manhattan and Long Island.
